  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 TBS milk of choice
  • salt, pepper and seasonings of choice
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham
  • any fillings of choice


  • Preheat an air fryer to 325 degrees for 6 minutes or until hot. Lightly grease a 6 inch round cake pan with cooking spray. While the air fryer is preheating stir together the desired amount of all ingredients until fully combined. flat. Pour mixture into the prepared pan and use a spatula to make the top.
  • Air fry at 325 degrees for 7 to 12 minutes or until eggs are fully set. Open the air fryer drawer if desired sprinkle 1 more TBS of shredded cheese over the omelet. Air fry another 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the air fryer and cake pan. Transfer to a large plate and if desired cut into 2 or more portions for multiple servings. Serve immediately.
