20 Minute Keto Shrimp Bake

Ingredients
- 14 1/2 oz fresh or frozen green beans
- 2 lbs precooked large shrimp, thawed and tails removed
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 6 TBS butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
- 226 grams (1 cup) sour cream
- 4 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 4 oz shredded mozzarella or Colby cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 quart casserole dish. Spread the green beans, shrimp and bell pepper evenly throughout the casserole dish. Stir to fully combine the shrimp and vegetables. Set aside. Ina medium mixing bowl stir together the melted butter, dry seasonings, salt, pepper and sour cream until fully combined
- Gradually stir both cheeses into the sour cream mixture until fully combined and the cheeses are evenly distributed. Spoon the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Sti the sauce and vegetables together until combined and the shrimp and vegetables are fully coated with the sauce.
- Spread the mixture evenly throughout the casserole dish. Place in the preheated oven and bake15 to 20 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the cheeses are fully melted. Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
