90 Second Keto White or Chocolate Mug Cake
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick keto white or chocolate mug cake in 90 seconds

Ingredients
- 2 TBS coconut flour
- 2 TBS granulated monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 2 TBS coconut milk
- 1 TBS coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Lightly grease a 12oz. microwave safe mug (mug must be at least 12 ounces the cake rises and falls back into cake form while it cooks)
- In the mug place the dry ingredients. Use a fork and stir the dry ingredients until no lumps are in the dry ingredients
- Add the egg, milk, oil and extract (if using) Use a fork and stir until fully combine and no dry ingredients are in the mug. Use a spatula and scrape down the sides of the mug and smooth top of the batter
- Cook on high about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until the top of the cake is firm and a tester comes out clean. Microwave times will vary depending on the wattage of your microwave. My microwave is 1100 watts.
- Allow to cool at least 5 minutes. Eat as is or top with the topping of choice
- For chocolate version substitute 1/2 TBS of the coconut flour with 1/2 TBS of cocoa powder
