Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 113 grams (1/2 cup) cottage cheese,
  • 1/2 tsp dry Italian seasoning
  • 1 lb lean ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup keto pizza sauce
  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese,
  • 1 oz (1/4 cup) freshly grated parmesan cheese,
  • pepperoni or pizza toppings of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line an 8 x 8-inch cake pan or a 9-inch round baking dish. Place the eggs, cottage cheese and dry Italian seasoning in a small blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until completely smooth. Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Spread evenly throughout the pan.
  • In a small bowl stir together the beef and sauce until combined. Spoon the beef mixture over the cottage cheese mixture in the pan. Sprinkle the cheeses evenly over the beef mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden and fully set. Once cooked, remove the pizza from the oven and allow to sit at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
