Ingredients

  • 6 slices deli sliced ham
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 3 mini sweet peppers, chopped
  • 2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 6 muffin cups. Press one slice of jame into each prepared muffin cup. Crack one egg into 3 of the ham cups. Divide the cream cheese cubes between the remaining 3 ham cups. Top the cream cheese with the sweet peppers. Top all the hame cups with the desired amount of shredded cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the egg is fully cooked and the ham is crispy on the edges. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan 5 to 10 minutes until firm.
