Keto Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps

Ingredients

Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBS avocado oil
  • 1 TBS room temperature water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese

Caesar Chicken Wraps

  • 1 lb boneless chicken, cooked and shredded cheese,
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini sweet peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup keto Caesar salad dressing
  • 6 to 8 10-inch keto soft tortillas

Instructions

Keto Caesar salad dressing

  • In a medium bowl stir all the salad dressing ingredients together except the parmesan cheese until fully combined and smooth. Gradually stir in the cheese until fully combined. Taste the dressing and if needed adjust the seasonings to taste. Use immediately or pour the dressing into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week

Keto Caesar Chicken Salad Wrap

  • In a medium mixing bowl stir all the wrap ingredients together except the dressing and tortillas until fully combined. Gradually stir in the desired amount of salad dressing until everything is fully coated with the dressing and the chicken salad is the desired consistency. All the ingredients can be adjusted to taste.
  • Spread te desired amount of the chicken salad onto one of the keto tortillas. if desired to with some baby spinach, cheese or desired toppings of choice. Roll the tortilla tightly over the filling. Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately. Leftover filling can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
