  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Stir all the ingredients together in a large bowl until a dough forms. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and form the dough into a smooth ball. Knead the dough in hands for 2 minutes until the dough is smooth and flexible.
  • Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Form each portion into a smooth ball and place on the prepared baking sheet. Leave space between each portion. Use hand and flatten the tops of the dough ball to create a circle that's about 2 1/2 inches in diameter or desired size.
  • Use finger and poke a hole completely through the center of the bagel. Make sure the hole is wide enough, so it does not close up while baking. If desired brush the tops of each bagel with egg wash and add the topping of choice. I used everything bagel seasoning. Place the bagels into the preheated oven.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and a tester comes out clean. remove the bagels from the oven and allow to cool on the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer the bagels to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before slicing.
  • When ready to eat, turn the bagel on its side and slice in half to create a top and bottom. If desired rewarm in the microwave or oven. These can be toasted in a dry stovetop skillet if desired. Serve these warm or at room temperature with the spread/toppings of choice.
