3 Ingredient Lasagna Noodles

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 14 grams (2 TBS) coconut flour
- optional dry seasonings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line two 9 x 13-inch baking sheets with silicone mats. Place all ingredients in a large blender. Blend for about 20 seconds or until completely smooth. Divide the mixture evenly between the prepared baking sheets. Use a spatula and spread the mixture in a very thin even layer throughout the baking sheets. Make sure there are no holes in the layer
- Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until firm and brown on the edges. Remove the cooked pasta sheets from the oven. Allow them to cool 5 minutes in the pans. Lift the mat out with the pasta sheet and turn it pasta side down onto a lined worksurface. Carefully peel the top mat from the pasta sheet.
- Cut the pasta sheets in half then cut each half in half to create 4 pasta sheets. Cut one pasta sheet into 3 equal portions. Use these noodles in any recipe that calls for lasagna noodles.
