Easy Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 16 oz (2 cups) keto marinara sauce
  • 4 oz (1/2 cup) keto ranch dressing
  • 2 oz (1/2 c) freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 TBS dry Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz (1 cup) ricotta cheese,
  • keto lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crumble the ground beef into small pieces and place in a large skillet over medium heat. Season and cook the ground beef stirring frequently for 5 to 7 minutes or until no longer pink. turn the heat off. Drain off the excess fat. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until fully combined with the meat.
  • Stir in the marinara sauce until the meat is fully coated. Set aside. Pour the ranch dressing in a medium bowl. Gradually stir in the parmesan cheese and bacon until fully combined. Stirn in the dry Italian seasoning and the ricotta cheese until fully combined. Set aside
  • Spread 1/2 to 1 cup of the meat sauce evenly throughout the bottom of a 2-quart square casserole dish. Place enough noodles on the sauce in the dish to cover the bottom of the dish. Top the noodles with 1/3 of the ranch filling and spread evenly. Top the ranch filling with 1/3 of the remaining meat sauce and spread it evenly. Sprinkle a light layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the meat sauce.
  • Cover the cheese with some more lasagna noodles. Repeat the layers of filling, meat sauce, cheese and noodles until all the filling is used and the top layer is meat sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of the lasagna. Place the lasagna in the preheated oven. Cover the lasagna loosely with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is fully melted. Once baked, remove the lasagna from the oven and uncover it. If desired top the lasagna with 1 to 2 slices of bacon that have been cooked and crumbled. Place the lasagna back into the oven. Bake another 10 minutes or until bubble and heated through.
  • Remove the lasagna from the oven. Allow to cool in the pan at least 5 minutes before serving.
