Ingredients
- 15 oz can (1 1/2 cups) black soybeans, drained and rinsed or use any small, cooked vegetable of choice
- 150 grams (1 cup) keto barbecue sauce
- crumbled bacon, chopped onion or add in of choice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray
- Add beans or vegetable of choice and barbecue sauce. Stir to fully coat the beans. If desired stir in the add in of choice until fully coated
- Cover with an oven safe lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
- Remove Let sit in pan at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
