Ingredients
- 14 grams (2 TBS) coconut flour
- 2 grams (1/2) tsp baking powder
- 2 large room temperature eggs
- 27 grams (2TBS) Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat waffle iron 3 to 4 minutes until warm. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl until there are no lumps. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully combined and smooth. Spread batter evenly over preheated waffle iron molds. (about 1/3 cup for large iron and 1/4 cup for mini iron) Cook for 3 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from waffle iron. Use immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.

- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp dry Italian seasoning
- 1 large room temperature egg
- 56 grams (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
