Basic 5 Minute Keto White Bread

Ingredients

  • 14 grams (2 TBS) coconut flour
  • 2 grams (1/2) tsp baking powder
  • 2 large room temperature eggs
  • 27 grams (2TBS) Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron 3 to 4 minutes until warm. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl until there are no lumps. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully combined and smooth. Spread batter evenly over preheated waffle iron molds. (about 1/3 cup for large iron and 1/4 cup for mini iron) Cook for 3 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from waffle iron. Use immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.

  • 56 grams (1/2 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat a waffle iron for 3 to 5 minutes until heated. Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl until no lumps. Stir in the remaining ingredients until fully combined and sticks together. Spread batter evenly throughout the prepared waffle iron molds (about 1/3c in each traditional sized mold and 1/4 cup for mini-iron.) Cook for 3 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from the waffle iron. Eat immediately or allow to cool to room temperature.

Spread batter evenly throughout the prepared waffle iron molds. (about 1/2 cup for traditional and 1/3 to 1/4 cup for mini iron) Cook 4 minutes until golden. Once cooked remove from the waffle iron. Eat immediately or allow to cool completely.
