Ingredients

  • 1/2 of a large avocado
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 oz freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • dry seasonings of choice I use 1/4 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat. Set aside. Place all the ingredients in a large food processor. Process 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Pipe or spoon the mixture out onto the prepared baking sheet in desired size and shape.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven. Cool on the pan 3 to 5 minutes to avoid burning fingers. Serve warm alone or with the dip of choice.
