Ingredients
- 1 cup raw and shelled sunflower seeds or desired amount
Instructions
- Place the seeds in a high powder food processor or blender. Process on medium-high 15 to 20 seconds or until finely ground. Sift the ground seeds through a mesh strainer. Pour the leftover bigger pieces back into the processor or a coffee grinder.
- Regrind the seeds until fine the sift again through the strainer. Repeat the grinding and sifting process until you have a fine flour. Be careful not to grind the seeds too much or you will end up with seed butter. Pour the flour into an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator or the freezer up to 6 months
